Konsi cars ki resale baad me achi rehti hai?

@Ravi Kumar service network hona zaroori hai lekin surprises hosakte hain. Mere cousin ki Honda City mein Karachi mein timing belt ka masla hua tha aur authorized workshop ne part ke liye week le liya.

Itna hi nahi, ek acha independent garage ne aftermarket part ke sath do din mein fix kardia. resale value sirf workshops pe nahi, previous owner ki maintenance pe bhi bohot depend karti hai.

Maine dekha hai kuch Toyotas mein value jaldi gir jati hai sirf is liye kyun kay maintenance achi nahi thi, even agar parts easily available hain.

Toh jahaan strong service network help karta hai, wahan gaari ki asli condition aur maintenance history check karna bhi important hai, especially agar used car le rahe ho.
 
@Maryam Iqbal That makes sense about checking local garages and dealerships before buying, thanks for pointing that out. Do you think it is better to buy from a place that offers some kind of warranty or service package?

Or does that not matter much if the car is popular and parts are easily available? Also, I am mostly looking for something between 1.0 to 1.3 liter engine cars for city use. Would those have good service networks too in Karachi?
 
@Rahul Sharma yeh authorized workshops pe depend karna kabhi kabhi ulta masla ban sakta hai kyun kay parts delay bohot common hai aur cost bhi zyada ho jata hai.

Lahore mein maine dekha hai ke independent workshops timing belt issues do din mein theek kar dete hain, woh bhi achi quality ke aftermarket parts use kar ke, aur price half tha authorized se.

Resale value sirf authorized service history pe nahi chorti, balkay car ki overall condition aur market demand pe hoti hai. log har baar detailed authorized service history nahi dekhte; drive aur maintenance record clear hona chahiye.

Local WhatsApp ya Facebook groups se independent trusted mechanics dhoond lo, woh log real feedback denge parts ki availability aur repair time pe. Dealers ki world se hat ke local experience ko ignore mat karna, wo bhi kaam aa sakta hai.
