Best Finite Element Analysis Software Options?

i'm looking to dive deeper into finite element analysis (FEA) and was wondering if anyone can suggest some good software options? right now, i'm using ANSYS, but the cost is becoming a bit of a challenge and i'm curious to know about some alternatives. kisi ne ABAQUS ya OpenFOAM use kiya hai? i've heard mixed reviews, especially about the learning curve for beginners like me. i'm particularly interested in something that doesn’t just simulate but also gives me detailed reports and visualizations. a friend recommended Autodesk's FEA tools, but with limited free trials, i'm unsure if it’s worth it. plus, agar kisi ke pas koi experience hai using open source software for structural analysis, like some free options joh YouTube pe dekhe they, please share. especially if they can handle complex assemblies like what i’m dealing with in a local project here in Karachi. for context, the errors i keep facing are mostly convergence issues, and it gets frustrating, acha bhi ho if the software has good community support or tutorials. appreciate any insights!

@Faisal Shah learning curve ko itna simple na samjho, Faisal. woh consistent practice se thoda asaan hota hai, par samajh lo, bahut logon ko basics se hi problem hoti hai, especially jinhe FEA ka zyada experience nahi hai. samjhnay ka kaam toh hai, lekin practice se jyada effective tutorials aur resources ka hona zaroori hai... jaise agar aap local workshops ya online bootcamps ya Facebook groups join karein, toh wo help tareekey se pehle se zyada asar karega.

aur hamesha yeh yaad rakho ke har tool ka apna style hai. isliye, sahi steps ko identify karna nahin sirf samjha dega, balki aapki learning experience ko bhi smooth karega... bekaar ke struggle nehi karna, khud ko kisi group mein lekar jaya kar!

een local groups mein har koi itna experienced nahi hota. shayad ek dosti nahi banegi... try to make connections with those who actually use it regularly. iss trah se local engineering meetups jese Peshawar ya Lahore mein jayein, wahan pe aapko practical insights mil sakein gi, saath hi kisi turned-around struggles se bhi chaara banaoge.

kisi workshop ya local group se real-time feedback mil jaye, toh wo ideas reality mein convert karne mein help karega. sirf planning nahi,
