I reckon my PC is not running as smoothly as it should, and I am trying to figure out what could be causing the slowdown. Has anyone got tips on how to identify a bottleneck?

It is a bit frustrating... I have upgraded the RAM and storage recently, but it is still not performing up to par, especially when running demanding applications or games. It is like something is holding back the full potential of my setup.
