Weight loss exercises kaunsa behtar hoga?

@Vikram Singh hahaha, reminding someone to drink water? Brilliant idea! I feel like we should decorate our bottles like Karachi biryani, so it stands out. i tried setting an alarm on my bottle, but it only goes off when the phone battery is low, of course.

Sometimes it is just not urgent enough, so drinking water does not feel pressing. Ever thought maybe our bodies confuse actual thirst with boredom or any old excuse?

fizzy lemon water was my savior, or else i would just have a cup of chai in hand all day. if you need real help, check out the hydration tips section on the British Heart Foundation. They might have a lifetime hydration plan, or at least a polite nagging routine for you!

@Omer Farooq walking or brisk walking is fine for basic activity, but it usually does not create enough calorie burn for serious weight loss unless you are already very inactive.

HIIT and compound exercises speed up metabolism more and keep it higher even after the workout. I have tried both, and after HIIT sessions my body keeps burning more fat for hours, which walking just does not do.

for beginners worried about intensity, a light HIIT plan with short bursts and rest works better than just walking at slow pace for hours.

If you want to lose weight faster, mixing in some intensity is important. You can also find good beginner HIIT videos on YouTube or check the British Heart Foundation site for safe exercise plans that do not tire you out too much but still push your fitness. This is better than relying on walking alone.
