Beginner routine start karne ka asan tareeqa?

Apka point bilkul sahi hai ke full body strength training aur cardio beneficial hain, lekin main sochta hoon ke ek experienced coach ki guidance bhi bohat help karti hai.

@Imogen Fisher shukriya is suggestion ke liye, compound lifts pe focus karna thora easy lagta hai, beginner level pe. Bas ek masla yeh hai ke form sahi seekhna chahiye.

Kya trainer hire karke karna theek rahega ya online tutorials kaafi helpful ho sakte hain? gold's Gym ya similar jagahon pe invest karna chahiye ya nahi? Thori guidance is pe chahiye thi.

@Amelia Roberts focusing just on squats and bench press for the first few weeks is smart, but the key is progressive overload and recovery. it is not like you do one day squat only then skip it completely for a week.

instead, you can set a frequency of 2 3 times a week for these lifts with controlled volume, like 3 sets of 5 reps, then slowly increase weights.

Also, mixing in accessory movements that support those big compound lifts is often ignored but crucial. For example, hamstring curls or dumbbell rows help balance out the squat and bench press by strengthening stabilizers and preventing injury due to muscle imbalances.

If you hit only those lifts for a few days without variation, your progress will stall fast and you risk overuse injuries. A more precise way is to have a well spaced plan with a couple of primary lifts per session, some accessory work, and light cardio on off days for recovery.

I have seen beginners get faster gains and avoid plateauing when they track weights and reps closely, like logging each session with an app or physical notebook.

Without that, it is too easy to hit random weights and confuse your body instead of building strength systematically. Gold’s Gym trainers are quite good at helping beginners set such cycles, so you could also take a few sessions there just to have a concrete program tailored to your current condition. Otherwise, YouTube channels with proper coaching can work, but feedback on form and progression is limited remotely.

@Imran Butt Thanks for explaining the progressive overload thing, it makes more sense now. i was worried kar rahi thi ke agar main ek din squat karoon aur phir break loon to kuch nuksan ho ga.

So you mean it is okay to do squats multiple times per week with thora light weights first? also, how important hai rest days ka?

Like agar main Monday aur Wednesday squats karti hoon, to Tuesday ko bilkul rest karna chahiye ya light cardio kar sakti hoon? I am thora confused about recovery and workout dono ko balance karne mein.

@Amelia Roberts Trainer hire kar ke shuru karna zaroor madadgar ho sakta hai lekin bohat log gym mein aise milte hain jo bas thora sa time spend kar ke chalain.

pakistan mein aise options limited hain jahan apko real personalized form correction mile. maine dekha hai ke jab tak ap apne aap video record nahi karti apki form correct karna mushkil hota hai.

Bina sahi form ke compound lifts karna injury ka masla hota hai, is liye form pe zyada focus karna jaruri hai, weight badhane se pehle.
